Adopted at the 29th Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Tenth Ningbo Municipal People’s Congress on Janurary 11, 1997, approved at the 37th Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Eighth Zhejiang Provincial People’s Congress on June 28, 1997, and came into force as of September 1, 1997.
Adopted at 9th Meeting of the Standing Committee of the 12th Ningbo Municipal People’s Congress on March 30, 2004, revised and approved at the 11th Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Tenth Zhejiang Provincial People’s Congress on May 28, 2004, and came into force as of the date of promulgation.
Adopted at 20th Meeting of the Standing Committee of the 12th Ningbo Municipal People’s Congress on May 31, 2005, revised and approved at the 20th Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Tenth Zhejiang Provincial People’s Congress on September 30, 2005, and came into force as of the date of promulgation.）
